Select a column you want to apply conditional formatting and git Home conditional formatting and filter those data. If you have multiple conditions dont forget to highlight with different colors.
Using Remove Duplicates in Excel

Press ctrl plus + to create a new row in a table.
These are simllar to named ranged but not absolute reference, these are created sutomatically by table.
No you cant use subtotal with a table in excel, you can only use with Range, make sure to uncheck the banded check. And always sort your data before performing Subtotal.
How to convert excel table to range
- Select Table tools Design from the tab then navigate to tools the then click on convert to range.
Alternative way is Right click on context mentu and click on convert to range.
